March 2026 Finance Update

As with any construction project, working with architects, contractors, and the city has brought clarity to our plans and costs. Early estimates have now been refined into detailed projections based on finalized drawings and updated requirements. Here is the current snapshot of where the project stands and what is still needed to complete the renovation.

Donations

  •  Current pledges: 6.3M

  •  Other income (interest, grant): 0.5M

  • Total projected donations: 6.8M

Cost

  •  Renovation of buildings up to code: 7.5M

  •  Desired projects (HVAC, parking lot gates): 0.4M

  • Total desired goal: 7.9M

Need

  • To get up to code: 0.7M

  • To get up to code + desired projects: 1.1M
